Start with pending review

Open the Pending review tab, then search for or select a tool.

Review the evidence

Inspect the tool’s risk information, certifications, observed users, usage, and related access requests.

Choose a posture

Select Approve, Flag, Warn, or Block.

Add the required context

Provide conditions, warning text, or enforcement guidance when the selected posture requires it.

Verify the result

Confirm the tool appears under the corresponding Approved, Flagged, Warn, or Blocked tab.
Members can review tool information but cannot make the same workspace-wide governance changes as administrators.
