Workspace administrators use Settings → Billing to review access and billing for Visibility, Sidekick, and Relay. Platform is the shared foundation, not a fourth product subscription.

Review product status

Each product card shows the state and actions available to the workspace. The action can vary:

Manage invoices and payment

Open Billing

Open Settings → Billing.

Review the product

Confirm the product state, usage context, and action displayed on its card.

Open billing management

Select Manage invoices to open the billing portal when the workspace has self-service billing enabled.

Complete the change

Update payment details, review invoices, or manage the subscription in the available flow.
Enterprise-managed workspaces may route changes through the account team rather than a self-service portal.
The Billing page and customer agreement are authoritative for prices, allowances, subscription terms, and contractual limits.
