A workspace contains your company’s Oximy data, settings, integrations, product access, billing, and audit history.

Dashboard members and observed people

Oximy keeps two concepts separate: A dashboard member may also be an employee, but the records serve different purposes. This separation lets administrators manage the observed company roster without granting every employee access to the dashboard.

Departments and managers

Departments organize adoption, spend, activity, and access. Administrators can assign employees to departments and associate managers with the departments they oversee. Manager access is scoped to the relevant organization boundary. Company-wide administrative capabilities remain restricted to workspace administrators.

Devices and accounts

People can be connected to organization-managed devices, provider accounts, personal accounts, and agents. Oximy uses these connections to attribute activity from different sources consistently.

Understand identity resolution

See how aliases, devices, accounts, people, and agents resolve into stable identities.

Workspace defaults

Organization settings include company identity and workspace-wide defaults such as timezone. Product access determines which Visibility, Sidekick, and Relay pages are available in the workspace.
Authentication membership and product identity are related but distinct. The identity provider establishes who can sign in; Oximy applies workspace, product, role, and organization scope after authentication.

Invite and manage members

Send invitations, assign roles, scope managers to departments, and review pending access.
