Product states

The Billing and usage surface shows which products are active, available, or not enabled for the workspace. The exact actions shown depend on the customer agreement and workspace type.

Product usage

  • Visibility access is represented as a product entitlement.
  • Sidekick can include subscription and seat-related state.
  • Relay can include metered usage and subscription state.
Workspace administrators can open the available checkout or billing-management flow when self-service actions apply. Enterprise-managed workspaces may use an account-managed process instead.

Administrative boundary

Billing, invoices, subscriptions, and product-entitlement changes are restricted to workspace administrators.
Public documentation intentionally does not hard-code prices, allowances, or contractual limits. The billing surface and customer agreement are authoritative for the workspace.
