Use Spend → Action Queue to prioritize opportunities such as idle seats, personal accounts, and duplicate subscriptions.
1

Check freshness

Confirm the spend data and source period are current enough for the decision.
2

Open an action

Select an Action Queue row and review the tool, affected people, account state, usage evidence, and potential financial impact.
3

Validate the recommendation

Compare official and shadow spend and check whether the account or seat is required for an active workflow.
4

Carry out the change

Reclaim, consolidate, approve, or purchase through the provider, procurement, identity, or finance system that owns the action.
5

Confirm the outcome

Allow the relevant source to synchronize, then verify that Oximy reflects the changed account, seat, or spend state.
The Action Queue does not execute provider or procurement changes. It is an investigation and prioritization surface based on trailing 30-day evidence.
The Action Queue is not available to department managers because it can include company-wide financial and account context.

Understand spend and actions
